It deals with invitations and reminders, assistance to attendees, creation and distribution of programmes, badges, documents, and conference kits, database management, registration forms and mailing list, corporate gifts.

A Project Leader will be assigned for the duration of the event and will coordinate the final balance of the event in line with the administrative team.
