Each area is controlled by a Profits Group manager and by operative coordinators who gather and process the clients’ demands and needs, while constantly monitoring quality in both the design phase and during the work, right up to delivery.

The basic services are delivered directly by Profits Group with personnel that are on the staff or linked by multi-year collaboration or consulting contracts.

Whenever an activity critical to the client has to be performed, this is managed by Profits Group directly.

Synergies on-demand

Special client needs, unusual locations, and geographic areas not usually covered by Profits Group may necessitate using local or occasional suppliers. In this case our buyer will personally see to assessing the suppliers’ offer and professionalism, making sure that Profits Group’s code of ethics and obligatory standards are complied with. If difficulties are encountered, an alternative strategy will be identified, in complete transparency, with the client.
